Suggestion
Select "Full Document" then use the next arrow to change to the next page that shows the full plans.
Suggestion
Seems like there could be some conflicts between bikes/pedestrians at this intersection, especially at the start and end of school day. Might be a good spot for a bike/ped overpass or tunnel here? Cars wouldn't be slowed down by people crossing and people crossing wouldn't have to worry about getting hit!
Question
I don't see the improvement maps of college ave, what it will look like. Where is it for sycamore/township section.? I thought it would be included with the survey.
Question
I love the pocket park ideas! Where would the funding for those come from, and if introduced at a later date as stated, how soon after road and sidewalk improvement construction will the pocket parks be introduced?
Suggestion
The Fay Jones spires are wonderful. I would like to see these in other medians or roadside sections along College. It give Fayetteville a unique character.
Question
Will all shelters on college have this design?
Really like this.
Question
Is the floodway at College and Poplar addressed, and the slope changed to mitigate damage from planned hillside construction? There is already extensive damage to local businesses on that stretch from rainwater/flooding.

I couldn't agree more. Please account for a future bike/ped tunnel here in the plans, even if it is not within the scope of this particular project due to funding. I want to protect this beautiful green infrastructure you have planned here.
Suggestion
Love the use of green infrastructure that can help improve water quality from stormwater along this high-volume corridor. However, with a middle school on the west side of College and a Junior High on the east and the city's primary east-west multi-use path crossing here, this location should be highly prioritized for a bicycle-pedestrian tunnel that could daylight in this park.
This is fantastic and I love the design. Good use of a public space for visual aesthetics, stormwater management, and public space. Multi-use. LOVE
I would not be surprised if these go to standard shelters for cost-saving, but it's a nice idea and more shelters are sorely needed. I really like the spires for wayfinding.
Love this. More native plants and places to rest when commuting north would be excellent. A good place to hang out after getting food at one of the nearby restaurants
Suggestion
My suggestion is to look at the original natural makeup of the trail area and try to mimic that. One side of Poplar is historic prairie while the other is in the HHOD but traditionally is a wooded savanna which would have had much less trees and more biodiversity of forbs on the ground (like the picture!). Very excited about this!
